![]() ![]() There are some nifty things with restricting IPs that can remote in and such. Note2: Here is the link to the iDRAC6 manual. It looks like the iDRAC is wanting an XML file to import. Thank you for this though it really did help me out. We ordered an iDRAC7 enterprise license, and all Dell sent us was an email with the Entitlement Reference ID. Note: do you know if there are any character limitations on iDRAC user/pw? I did notice that it supports AD and Smart Card auth which is awesome, I wonder if I can get it to use YubiRadius.Īlso on step 2 you don't have to mount the ISO's you can mount them directly from iDRAC, at least I was able to in iDRAC6 Enterprise. Also make note that you have to reboot the server for your changes to take effect so that you can use the new user/pw that you setup. NOTE: If a USB Drive is not connected, the following message is displayed: Insert Media. On the Import Server License page, click USB Drive and from the Select Device drop-down menu, select the attached USB drive. In the right pane, click Import Server License. It would be nice if you included some more screenshots of the iDRAC interface screens on setting it up in step one. In the left pane, click Platform Restore. ![]()
