I'm not sure which way I'm going yet, but I'm leaning towards SPI ends. Going that way all 4 will be about 75-80 bucks, and will be an end that will include a self lubrication liner, although exactly what that liner is made from remains unanswered. The other option is to go with SPI aftermarket made for Polaris. This is the cheapest way to go and with shipping you'd spend about 40 bucks to do all 4 ends. One is to order the above ends I listed and use cone spacers to extend the ball width. Get contact details & address of companies manufacturing and supplying. I went to their on-line catalog and it doesn't appear that they make 6-7 or 6-8 sized rods ends. We drop the spindle onto the lower ball joint, swing the upper control arm down into place, install and tighten the castle nuts, and then, using the GSI taper bolt from the steering kit, we connect the spindle steering arm to the Heim using the misalignment spacers, taper bolt and castle nuts. ![]()
